WoW: 183 loot available in the weekly dungeon master event in the maw!

Maw of the Shadowlands is full of dangers, but also full of rewarding loot. The weekly event Wrath of the Dungeon Master takes place periodically in the Maw, and in addition to reputation with Ve'nari, rewards you with Stygia and the chance to win an item of armor with item level 183.

Once the event is active, you will see the familiar symbol of crossed swords on a yellow square on the map of the Maw. The event itself consists of two parts:

  • You have to kill enemies in the event zone until the corresponding progress bar is filled.
  • After that, you have to kill a lieutenant of the dungeon master.

The event boss has a lot of health points, so you should definitely face him in a group. Note that if a player from the opposing faction tags the boss before you do, you will not be able to loot him. If you defeat the boss and complete the event, you will receive 250 reputation points from Ve'nari, around 100 Stygia and, with a certain chance, a piece of equipment with item level 183. Unfortunately, the latter is not a guaranteed drop. At least there is a nice bonus for druids: The legendary recipe Memory of Arcane Pulsars drops with an apparently high probability during the event.

Also, keep the following hints in mind:

  • The event is weekly. You can participate more than once per week, but you will only receive the loot once per week.
  • Completing the event will draw the wrath of the Dungeon Master, increasing your threat level in the Maw (Eye of the Dungeon Master).

We wish you lots of fun and loot success at the Wrath of the Dungeon Master!
