For many ambitious mount collectors, it is the Holy Grail of mounts and flying animals: the Great Love Missile. Only once a year, players have the chance to capture it for a few days and therefore visit the event boss of the Chemical Manufactory Crown in droves, which is only available during the holidays of Love is in the Air. In order to take advantage of the daily chance to get the very rare mount, it was actually necessary to have reached the maximum level with your character. At least that's what players on the Asian servers report, where the festivities had already begun a few hours before the start on NA and EU servers. Thus, the number of characters with which you have a daily chance to get the mount was severely limited. Since WoW Shadowlands has not been running for too long, many players have only a few level 60 characters so far.
However, this was apparently a mistake. The developers quickly intervened and adjusted the system. It was planned from the beginning that characters with level 50 or higher can participate in the event, according to the statement in the official forum. This hotfix has now hit the servers and since the launch of Love is in the Air this morning (08 February, 10 am), all characters level 50 and above can sign up for the event boss.

We intend for the Big Love Rocket to drop in boxes available to players at level 50 and higher.
We'll get this setting fixed as quickly as we can.
There was already a similar problem during the Winter Veil Festival, when only characters at max level had a chance at the Stolen Gift. It was to be expected that such minor bugs would occur due to the level squish. However, the quick reaction of the developers is positive, as they now fix such bugs much faster than in the past.
