Shortly before the start of the mythical mode of Ny'alotha, Blizzard will have to take a closer look at the final boss N'Zoth and fix a serious bug. Currently, some groups can defeat this boss multiple times without receiving a lockout for it. Players had the opportunity to get loot as often as they wanted
,but the multiple defeats of the boss happened unintentionally in most cases. In the first ID of Ny'alotha, of course, the first groups wanted to get the Der Zeit advance achievement in addition to the loot and complete the quest. The boss went down at two percent and the end cinematic played, but defeating N'Zoth didn't count for the quest or the achievement. On reddit, players are now discussing how to work around the bug or what the consequences are.
Some groups laid N'Zoth again, perhaps to avoid the bug on the second try - unfortunately without success. Fearing a ban, most groups then abandoned it after the second attempt. How or if Blizzard will punish players for multiple kills via N'Zoth has not yet been determined. However, before Method and Limit jump into the world-first race, this bug should definitely be fixed. It would be hard to imagine if one of the two guilds is victorious after dozens of attempts, but the kill doesn't count.
